Refund policy

 

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all components and accessories included.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.

  • Custom orders or special modifications.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive the return instructions and shipping address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

 

Custom-Made Products

All custom-made or made-to-order products are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

Returns are only accepted if the product has a verified manufacturing defect. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for review.

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair the unit, send replacement parts, or provide a replacement if necessary.

By placing a custom order, you agree to these terms.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different model or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or video of the issue. We’ll work quickly to send you a replacement or issue a refund.
